1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of this website operated by Velasquez Landscaping LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What This Website Does

This website lets you request a free estimate for residential driveway sealcoating in Waldorf, Maryland and 20 miles. Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract for work.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• Estimates are given after we see the driveway, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
• This page does not list prices. Any number discussed before a visit is not a final price.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, it is valid for 30 days.
• Work outside the agreed scope may change the price. We will tell you before doing that work.

4. Scheduling and Weather

Sealcoating depends on weather and pavement temperature. We may reschedule visits or service dates when weather, safety, or access makes work impractical, and we will communicate changes as early as we can.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Give accurate contact and property information.
• Provide safe access to the driveway on scheduled dates.
• Move cars, toys, and bins off the asphalt before we arrive.
• Keep traffic off a fresh coat for the time we tell you on the visit.

6. Payment

Payment terms for accepted work are stated on your quote or invoice. Late payments may pause service until the balance is brought current.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled visit by telling us. Where a cancellation window or fee applies, it will be stated on your quote or service agreement.

8. Communications

By submitting the quote form you agree that we may contact you by phone call and text message about your request, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

9. Website Content

Content on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice. Text, images, and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photos on this page are of our own driveway sealcoating work.

10. Disclaimers
